I politely asked the young lady with long curly black hair and nice blouse to correct her simple mistake. She responded in an inappropriate and sassy demeanor. As a result, the issue is unresolved and the CFPB and BBB are notified regarding improper procedure regarding federal treasury savings bonds
Employees lie and they don’t pick up when you call. Had to call 4 times to get someone.
Horrible telephone customer service. ATM at my personal branch ate my card. I provided 8 points of proof and he still would not help me. Said the Branch I said I opened the account was a lie. It's right up the street and I never enter other branches. But the records show another branch than the one I opened it at. This person was unable to find my branch and was the most ignorant rep ever. And when you call to report lost/stolen card they want your account number??? I could give it if your atm had not confiscated my card for... read more
