Waste of time. Waited for 20 minutes while the employees just talked to each other. I was the only customer there

Very long lines one teller no one cares. Letting a person just talk instead of trying to get people through. Been waiting for 20 minutes in a line. And not one person moved. Needs to do better at this location
10 out of 10 would never recommend anyone to use M&T as a mortgage lender, worst experience of my life with a bank and as a first time home buyer. It turned out so bad in the middle of my mortgage process i ended up switching lenders.
Took out my second loan at this location - each time it was so easy and quick! Avneet was so friendly and delightful to work with!! Prashant was also amazing and assisted!
