I have to say this MNT branch is absolutely horrible, I’m not one for leaving negative reviews, but I felt like I had to say something, I went through the drive-through because I had dogs in my car and I did not want to leave them alone. there was one car in front of me, I’m not kidding you I waited 30 minutes, until I got frustrated enough, I went inside to make my deposit. I don’t ask a lot from the bank. I wanted to withdraw $600 for my sisters wedding gift. They wouldn’t give me 6 hundred dollar bills. No apology no explanation. Just a massive amount of smaller bills, I did not want in the card
Gross customer service…. Employees act like they are bothered to help you!
Both my cards somehow ended up having fraudulent activity over Memorial Day weekend so I had no way of paying for anything be sure they froze my accounts when I needed money…theeeee worst customer service
