10 out of 10 would never recommend anyone to use M&T as a mortgage lender, worst experience of my life with a bank and as a first time home buyer. It turned out so bad in the middle of my mortgage process i ended up switching lenders.
Took out my second loan at this location - each time it was so easy and quick! Avneet was so friendly and delightful to work with!! Prashant was also amazing and assisted!
Needs tellers. 30 mins to hand a check to them every time
Awful customer service. I spoke to 2 other associates, then Lewis, who said he would follow up and never did. I followed up with a voicemail and email to him, and never heard back. I’ve also never called and gotten to speak with someone right away, always goes to voicemail at this branch.
