This location doesn't seem to know what they are doing most of the time. I came in on Monday July 21st to cash in an old savings bond. For some reason, they no longer cash them at the bank. I was told it could take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in my account. I never received a receipt for this transaction either. Very bad always taking money without reasone and always decline and lock my card not working online
Definitely a bank
Please clean the outside windows and ledges bees were attacking be using the ATM. ATM lobby area is dusty to. Other branches are much cleaner and don't have bees attacking you. Power washing the outside of building is recommended.
