The staff at this branch is professional and efficient. I read the other reviews and have trouble believing anyone could have had a bad experience as the team is first class!
I’m done with this bank .i had fraud transactions again, then i came in to change my address and order a new card and yall didn’t do it! Cus i called and a lady said the address wasn’t changed so whoever was working on February 17th yall can’t do your job. I got bills to pay. Going to a new bank thank you next.
It's hard for me to believe the tellers here aren't racist because everytime I come in they refuse to help me. I have brought in government issued checks from the federal government via my school. They were able to verify that the checks were legitimate yet refused to cash my check both times I've came here and have given me bs excuses both times.
