Never ever use the drive-through in this branch. Every time I do, it takes far too long to be served. Today, I’ve been sitting here 20+ Minutes! Despite calling the bank and reporting the delay and also beeping the horn, I’m still not helped. I do not like to gripe about things, but if this were the first time, I wouldn’t be writing. the robot on their call thing wouldn’t listen to me so i had to yell. worst place to call and bank at
First of all, I am mostly an ATM user and rarely go in the bank; but I've had to get help from the staff there before. Recently I had to get help with cancelling a check that was never received (Post Office issue) and also had to get some documents notarized. The person who I called to check to see if they had a notary was very polite and professional. The service I received in the bank was also quick, polite, and professional. I can recommend using their service.
I have been going to this location for over 5 years now and have never had an issue with customer service! They have been quick, friendly and professional! Frankly I dont understand the terrible reviews because everyone has always been so sweet to me and my little ones (when we used to be able to go in placees). I will continue to use this branch!
