I went here to get a wire transfer done for a purchase of a house. I was originally in line when I got in but when a gentleman walked back to his desk, I peaked in and asked if he could help me and he gladly told me to have a seat. Doug was super friendly and helpful with any question that I had. He made the processes as smooth as possible and I was in and out within 10 minutes, if that. I greatly appreciated his time and quality of service.
You can wait in line a LONG time!
This is now my bank of choice. I went to another M&T bank that was closer to me. However, the staff lacked professionalism and they were not courteous. So now I come to this branch and am very happy with my choice. Thank you very much ladies and gentlemen for being a great help and a great asset.
