Bad first impression. I opened a business checking account and later booked an appointment with Judith, the Relationship Banker to apply for a business credit card. Only after I arrived for my appointment I was told I couldn't apply for a card for 6 months. Besides wasting my time, I called another branch I was told I could actually apply for a business credit right after opening my checking account provided my credit rating was good. Would not even give 1 star if that were an option. I have been a M&T Bank customer for 20 years and have never had worse service than I did today. The relationship banker, Susan, could not conduct a wire transfer properly. I brought instructions provided from the receiving bank that were incredibly clear.
