Great team that works together well and makes the experience positive!
I was disappointed that my wisdom tooth was not pulled on inital visit. I did ask if they pull on inital visit and was led to believe this could happen. Because I drag oxygen around, every visit is a major event for me. Somewhere I was not hear, my words had little meaning when I expressed what I wanted. It seems it's still true that people hear only what they what to hear and disregard the rest. Otherwise, the staff was very helpful, friendly and approachable. I never have waited more than 10 minutes. My hygienist gave me information about what she was doing and showed me my x-rays. I have been seeing Dr. House for about 10 years. and I would recommend his thorough and makes you feel comfortable.
