I cancelled my appointment over 48 hours in advance due to a travel delay using their patient portal, I even received a text confirmation directly from their system confirming the cancellation and instructing me to call and reschedule. I called to reschedule and the receptionist said "The doctor has directed me not to reschedule you because your were no show, we already sent a letter to your doctor informing them we discharged you."
