Very good pre info questions, front desk helper did a fantastic job having me scheduled in plenty of time and courtesy for answering questions. Doctor was very quick but read up on my info by the time of our first meeting.

Called Mt. Vernon and was transferred to Arlington location to scheduled appt. Appointment scheduled then I realized I had another appointment. Called back same number and was told they couldn't connect me to Arlington. So I looked up Arlingtons number. 4 calls all went to voice over two days. Emailed twice no response. Told Mt Vernon what was happening and transferred to Arlington... VM.. Finally just told Mt. Vernon to cancel I'll go someplace else. What a PAIN...
