Efficient, effective follow-up with their doctor.
90% of these reviews below seem fake.. Rude service, uneducated staff. Answered the phone with “are you the fast track?” I explain I was referred here and returning their call… “that’s what I was asking”… Couldn’t answer any of my simple questions such as …”what procedure are you scheduling me for..?” Or “What am I being injected with?”. After rattling off pre surgical prep instructions. Treated me like I was a complete inconvenience to them for returning their call. Find another option.
Very kind and friendly providers and staff. They seem to really care about their patients and worked very hard to help each patient with there own issues. They take care to listen to you and help you in the best way they can. My experience since starting at Mt Baker has been very positive. I always feel like I'm the most important person when I'm visiting my provider Hannah Jester. I would recommend Mt Baker to anyone.
Nurse “very” competent, wrote down all my responses….Doctor was quite informative although I forgot to address my hand-wrist arthritis issue I presented to the nurse….my fault !! Dr. D—PhD, PhD, PE
Discussion and explanations were good. Follow through on pain meds is slow.
