Disappointing first impression. Today (5/7/26) I had an appointment scheduled at 10:20. I completed all required paperwork on-line before the appt and the did check-in process on-line before the appt. I arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled appt and was greeted politely by the person at the front desk and was asked to wait in the lobby for the doctor. After 35 minutes of waiting without being given any updates I confirmed with the receptionist that my appt was scheduled for 10:20. She said yes and I asked if she knew when I ... read more
In ferndale i arrived for my appointment to be greeted by a very empty reception area to discover i needed to sign in. After some wait i went back to the reception desk to find i needed to ring a bell in order for a response from someone, at which point i rang the bell, waited ten minutes, rang the bell again and waited for another ten minutes, With still no response. I give 3 stars becuas the doctors here are fantastic, super nice, and the best in town, but they are not good at running an office and don't fire staff that don't do their jobs properly and replace them with more competent staff. The staff never answer the phone, so if I go to the lab and they need a slip, I have to leave the lab and physically go to their office and walk up to their desk and get the slip from them and then go back to the lab and they seem to just be sitting around witht the phone off when I get there. Dr Mogla is an A1+ outstanding nephrologist who is very compassionate and an up-to-date expert in kidney issues. He treated me when I was in the hospital with Extremely HIGH calcium and looow kidney functioning! He has since has advised me so that my kidney functions are back to a normal level. In every follow-up visit, he is always very prepared having reviewed my test results and case history in advance, but he always listens to my reports of my bodily feeling before he offers his sage opinion and advise.
