I’ve had a wonderful experience at this office. Dr. Niznik is an exceptional nephrologist—kind, intelligent, and incredibly thorough. He takes the time to explain everything in great detail, which helps me feel informed and confident about my care. Everyone in the office has been consistently professional, polite, and helpful. I truly appreciate the high level of care and attention I receive here. Highly recommend!
Back in June, I agree that the Receptionist was very rude. I called there to confirm my daughter's appointment and the person was very rude. Possibly that receptionist has been replaced by now. Being a receptionist you are the front of the office; especially attending to sick individuals. Dr. Varas is very kind indeed. Most receptionists in the health field are kind and have compassion for people, and that receptionist back in June was not kind.
I saw Dr. Varas. He seemed to be an ok Dr. During my first visit, while Dr Varas was examining a urine sample, another Dr. brought in a salesman and they were all openly talking about how much they will be able to charge people, etc.. After 15 mins, I finally interrupted them and asked if Dr Varas could focus on the task at hand. Dr. Varas’ medical assistant lied and made excuses for not making appointments for tests. I was told I would receive calls back and never did. I finally lost my cool with them and will never go back... read more
