Do not hire these people. They can’t be bothered to call back or do a site visit. If they can’t perform these trivial, basic functions, why would you hire them for something that you cared about?
Plenty of landscaping businesses can build walls. But we had a situation with a failing rock wall. The replacement option was a massive undertaking. When you build a 18 foot high, 140 foot long wall, you want to make sure you have someone that knows what you're doing.
