I've been so impressed with every staff member I've met this year at Mt Baker Imaging. Ive had CTs, mammograms, and an MRI and everyone has been punctual, kind, skilled and empathetic. I've felt safe and very well cared for. I'm incredibly grateful to have access to these diagnostics locally and especially that the staff are so lovely.

I’m surprised to see the 5 start reviews when one cannot get an appointment for a mammogram with months of phone calls, all being on hold for 15-20 minutes and no answer. A large community depends on you for preventative and diagnostic care and you cannot schedule people? Can’t even answer your phone? You need to do better. Find a way to accommodate the growing population in the area.
I have been doing mammograms and ultrasounds at the Mt Baker Imaging Women's Diagnostic Center for last six years. And I want to express my deep gratitude to all the employees of this Center. Every woman who has to go an examination will confirm the huge stress and anxiety we experience while waiting for an answer. I am grateful to the receptionists who greet us with a smile.
