Why do you charge $20 in advance? In some cases, the insurance covers 100%, so why should you be given 20 over that? If you have a visit planned with them and you are freezing from the air conditioner, take your blanket, otherwise they will charge you for the provided flannel blanket (they charged $100 to my insurance, and some of it was left to me.)
Billing department is horrible. I feel like it is outsourced out of the country somewhere. Why do they do this? It’s terrible service.
Friendly and efficient
Everyone was very nice and patient with me. I made a last minute appointment and was late on top of that! They fit me in and were super sweet and knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend this practice!
