I’d give this place negative stars if I could. They schedule appointments with patients and then when you show up tell you that there’s no record of the appointment and they refuse to acknowledge their mistake or get you seen before your doctor’s appointment. Even though your doctor will likely tell you that you have to use this terrible imaging center, you can actually go to the other company in town which is much better. They can load your images onto a drive for you to take to your doctor’s appointment.

I made an appointment over the phone with a scheduler, gave this person all of my personal and insurance information, showed up to my appointment the following week only to be told that the appointment was not on the schedule. That they can do nothing to help me, despite the fact that my appointment with the ordering doctor was the next day, and I had waited for that appointment for a month. I couldn't go back with my wife for her ultrasound. I would be ok with this normally as they said it was because they didn't want too many people in because of Covid, but the reason I couldn't go back was because we had our one year old with us. They said I was fine to go back, but not our child. I don't know who makes their policies, but they are a complete moron.

Easy to schedule with, never had a bad experience the 3 times I have gone so far! Very pleasant staff.
