They refused to allow me to have my appointment because I had my 10-year-old child with me, who could sit in the waiting area comfortably for 20 minutes. I received no call, text message, or message informing me that children are not permitted. It’s unreasonable to not take the time to inform people about this policy, and it’s extremely unaccommodating to those who require additional assistance and may not have the extra help.

I'm very unhappy with my MRI today. I needed to have a special protocol for endometriosis and I called 3 separate times to confirm that the protocol was faxed and to check if I needed to do any prep. After the 3rd call, the person confirmed everything will be good to go and no prep was necessary. I show up and am told that they won't be doing any of the protocol because they weren't prepared and the clinic doesn't even provide parts of the protocol. Organized and clean with friendly staff. The woman working at the front desk who said she lived in Suddenly Valley was especially kind and helpful to everyone who came in.
