I had an MRI scheduled here after my physician submitted an emergency referral for a knee injury. When I arrived for my appointment, the scan was canceled over a bracelet that required a small screwdriver to remove. I asked for assistance and explained that staff had helped remove the same bracelet during prior visits, but no alternative solution was offered. It was okay. I arrived early to do paperwork and then ended up waiting for 45 minutes after my appointment time. The staff and the MRI itself were fine. When I got the test results on the patient portal, there was a mistake about my medical history. It said I was having weakness in my right arm, when it has always been my left. Does not instill confidence. Overall about what I expect from a Peacehealth facility

Too bad this is the only company in whatcom County that does MRIs and CT scans or else I would be using another company. The imaging part is pretty good but administrative and scheduling is bad. They can’t keep track of paperwork on their end and I end up having to fix it in the end. Also if you have a bill with them you won’t know it until it goes to collections and you get a summons. Then they tell you they’ll work with you but they won’t and it ends up costing more. Highly recommend somebody else.
