It was okay. I arrived early to do paperwork and then ended up waiting for 45 minutes after my appointment time. The staff and the MRI itself were fine. When I got the test results on the patient portal, there was a mistake about my medical history. It said I was having weakness in my right arm, when it has always been my left. Does not instill confidence. Overall about what I expect from a Peacehealth facility

Too bad this is the only company in whatcom County that does MRIs and CT scans or else I would be using another company. The imaging part is pretty good but administrative and scheduling is bad. They can’t keep track of paperwork on their end and I end up having to fix it in the end. Also if you have a bill with them you won’t know it until it goes to collections and you get a summons. Then they tell you they’ll work with you but they won’t and it ends up costing more. Highly recommend somebody else.

Very courteous and helpful. Helped us solve paperwork patiently. Brand new equipment. Very pleasant waiting room with educational TV monitors.
