I have been private strength and fitness training for over two years now with Kieth, in that time I have seen a dramatic increase in my strength, cardio health and energy levels. I highly recommend Kieth as a coach and trainer. He is very personable and a great human being all around. 6 stars!

Thank you Mt Bachelor Fitness and Daniel for helping to resolve the issue with my NordicTrack treadmill. I left a message and was promptly called back. Went there a week ago to look at fitness equipment to get back in shape. What an awesome experience talking to the family that owns this place. I felt like family talking to them!! 10 Stars !!!
