I’ve been going here for 20 years. I feel like the response time and follow up has significantly declined. For the past couple years I feel like I do a lot of “chasing” to get answers.
I have been going here 28 years and seeing Dr Fitzgerald. Very clean offices and Dr Fitzgerald is wonderful. Listens and has consistently been right on the advice he has provided. Highly recommend both this office and Dr Fitzgerald.
Great practice and progressive, evidence based physicians. Excellent staff from the front desk, lab techs, nurses, and MDs. Highly recommend as a medical professional myself and looking for a practice that gave patient centered care.
I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and checked in with the receptionist. After waiting for an hour, I followed up with her, only to be told that she had checked me in incorrectly. She then asked if I could continue waiting to be seen, but I declined. Due to this experience, I will not be returning.
