Honestly, look elsewhere for a practice. Dr. Wiebracht treated me as if I was just another patient that she had to complete her quick, 15 mins with, to check off a box for insurance. No personal connection, no patient care. I've worked in healthcare and this is not how you treat a patient. Patients are not just another number, they are human beings! I love Mt. Auburn OBGYN! I have been a patient since 2004. Every one in the office is AMAZING! The doctors are experienced and genuine. The support staff are all well qualified, friendly, professional & efficient. I love the nurse line - they usually respond within 2-3 hours. I get a notice as soon as the month opens for scheduling so that I can actually have my annual checkup every 12 months. I absolutely love this team of doctors! They are not only kind, but so professional and willing to help. Highly recommend to anyone seeking a new OBGYN!
TLDR: Dr. White was very insensitive and also claimed my previously diagnosed yeast infection was psychological. I gave two stars because the staff at the desk were nice, and I'm sure this practice likely has doctors more capable than Dr. White. I came to see Dr. White to discuss a recurring yeast infection. I started to explain my symptoms to him, and he cut me off to tell me that yeast infections don’t hurt.
