I have been going here 28 years and seeing Dr Fitzgerald. Very clean offices and Dr Fitzgerald is wonderful. Listens and has consistently been right on the advice he has provided. Highly recommend both this office and Dr Fitzgerald.
Great practice and progressive, evidence based physicians. Excellent staff from the front desk, lab techs, nurses, and MDs. Highly recommend as a medical professional myself and looking for a practice that gave patient centered care.
I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and checked in with the receptionist. After waiting for an hour, I followed up with her, only to be told that she had checked me in incorrectly. She then asked if I could continue waiting to be seen, but I declined. Due to this experience, I will not be returning.
Honestly, look elsewhere for a practice. Dr. Wiebracht treated me as if I was just another patient that she had to complete her quick, 15 mins with, to check off a box for insurance. No personal connection, no patient care. I've worked in healthcare and this is not how you treat a patient. Patients are not just another number, they are human beings!
