I had a great experience today getting a neck MRI at the Mt. Auburn 725 Concord location. I got an appointment there weeks sooner than other MRI providers I contacted. I was seen and scanned quickly. The MRI technician, Michelle, put me at ease by explaining the procedure, making sure I was comfortable, and answering all my questions. She and the other staff were all friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this department.

Awful. I had a MRI 30yrs ago at another facility in NJ and remember it not being this bad of an experience. The staff was fine but the MRI machine was so loud that i couldn’t even hear the music that was playing. I kept my eyes closed the whole time just to calm my nerves. I could imagine a lot of folks freaking out. I’ve pretty much had it with Mt Auburn Hospital in general…been there a couple times for some routine care and each time bad experience. Stay away
Terrible experience. The spine specialist ordered mri of sacrum promissing that 2/3 of cocyx to appear on the mri as well to look at. Asked the radiologist to include it just as the doctor suggested... and he completely cut it out, not even 1/3 of it. What a jerk!
The staff was very kind. I did have to wait awhile before being taken back to the MRI center. Unfortunately, I have been waiting almost 1 month to receive my MRI imaging. They do not have an electronic system to upload the images, so you are at the mercy of the people mailing them out. The MRI imaging records dept. also does not return any phone calls. I have been calling for 3 weeks now with no return phone call.
