This place looks great on a tour but really they are awful!!! We moved my grandmother in here a month ago. She was here for only 4 days before their dr. said that she had to go back to the hospital for pneumonia. First of all, he was wrong, it wasn't pneumonia it was CHF. Second we asked if we could have a refund back of the over $5K we paid for the one month stay since she was only there for 4 days before basically they kicked her out and they refused!! I am a professional healthcare worker since 1997. I have worked in many areas of the field, private care as well as assisted living. I am happy to have my mother as a resident here after the death of my father I did not think she would be happy again. Here she feels that this is her apartment and she has made many new friends. I have worked as a activity director and feel they are doing a wonderful job she has something to enjoy every day.The food is fabulous I wish i could eat here.The nursing staff is A+.
