This is a very professional and clean medical center. The staff and nurses are highly professional, and I was really impressed by the streamlined workflow for booking, visiting, and billing. A special thank you to Dr. Fazli and Dr. Shalou; they truly impressed me with their thoroughness and the depth of their check-ups. It’s rare to find such a high level of care. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable medical practice!
Everyone at the clinic was really nice, the only issue I had was being booked in for a 9am appointment and I wasn't seen by the nurse until after 10am and then told to wait for the Doctor who didnt see me until after 10:30. I am more than understanding that gp's run a bit late here and there but when the practice opens at 8:30 and my appointment was scheduled for 9am, I'm just struggling to understand how it was running that behind so quickly and there wasn't really any apologises for the delay.
I went there for the first time today what a friendly greeting with smiling faces. I seen Dr Zaw today. For the first time in years I felt like I found a GP that actually takes the time to listen and explain things clearly. Dosnt brush over things in a hurry to get you out and the next person in. I feel like I am important enough to be heard. Can not recommend highly enough.
Would highly recommend this doctor’s surgery. Staff are friendly and Helpful.
Mt Archer Medical and it's team has always gone above and beyond to facilitate and help my family. The administration team work diligently to assist with any query I've had. Dr Sandy is exceptional with my young children and offers plenty of support.
