Professional from the beginning. Did a great job on our roof and some dry wall repair inside. Richard was super knowledgeable about the insurance process. They were quick and left the property very clean. Roof looks great!

Did not pay sub contractors, still fighting months later to get them paid. Beware. Sent partial payment and check bounced.

Poor customer service. Doesn't return calls or emails. Cannot get documentation proving the work was completed. And now their phone has a busy tone or says "the person you are trying to reach is not accepting calls at this time".

Beware, they do not stand behind their work. Leaves family devestated by terrible workmanship and then refuses to return calls.

Disappointed. We had MSW replace our roof approximately 18 months ago. We have a valley leak that they've attempted to repair twice. At this time we are having Pyramid come out to figure out what was done wrong and to permanently solve the problem. We are using Pyramid because they completely stripped and replaced all of the underlayment on our neighbor's house. MSW did not complete this task on our house.
