They did not follow the engineering design for a boat dock. They cut corners in every way possible, using number 2 reject wood to putting in 6 support posts instead of the 36 in the design. Every correction did not follow what we agreed on and created more problems. They were unable to complete the project to match the engineering design. I received notice that they filed for bankruptcy in Chattanooga and have no known assets to pay claims so BUYER BEWARE!!!!
We asked MSW for a bid on a deck. Their bid was high and we chose another company. Now we went to MSW to buy and have installed an awning. After going in twice and not getting a call back, I finally called got the receptionist to make us an appointment. Harry called and cancelled saying they don't sell awnings anymore and if they did it would be $7500.00. The job they did at was home was performed in a professional manner at a price I felt was extremely reasonable. I recommend to anyone needing a home improvement project.
