Let me start off here first. Hadn’t been to this aesthetician in over 3 to 4 years. She was the only person available on Groupon so I bought it. She had confirmed the appointment and seen that it was bought through Groupon. At the end of the appointment, she asked me how I’m going to pay and then proceeds to charge me full price.
