I called when I was sick and they didn't return the call for 3 weeks. Let me down when I needed them most. I then tried to schedule an appointment later and the doctor wasn't available and they scheduled me with another provider. They called back and said that was a scheduling error and scheduled me a month later. I thought the experience would be better since it was MSU and maybe they wouldn't be as greedy as other offices, but they are as inept as the other providers. Universal health care now!
Been going to this clinic for close to 40 years. That should say something. The Mid-Michigan area is lucky to have this. They really helped me after UofM messed up my surgery.
Nothing really wrong with the care I received here. People were generally helpful, though I did end up waiting 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to be seen, having already shown up 10 minutes early as requested. However, something that bothered me was that while in the waiting area, I could clearly overhear the receptionists complaining about phone calls to one another. Obviously working reception you get some bad calls and want to blow off steam, but it leaves a bit of a bad taste in my mouth when they do this ... read more
