Always fast and friendly. I got x rays a CT Scan and an MRI. I was in and out in just over an hour!
Nice facilities, counter staff as well as the staff beyond the doors are always pleasant and helpful. Unfortunatley I have issues that require MRIs more than the average person. For the past six or so years I've had from two to four scans a year. I've never encounteted a single issue, and the fact that they accomodate later night appointments, I usually schedule a 7p.m. or 8p.m. slot so it doesn't interfer with my daily routine.
This is a lovely facility and I had no trouble checking in at the desk for an ultrasound last year and an MRI this past weekend. Staff has been friendly and efficient. I have not tried the automatic check-in and don't care to. I'd rather speak to a human being.
The check in process is absurd. The check in is very hectic and time consuming (an average of around 20 minutes for the people the entered at the same time as I did). The people at the front desk have no patience and immediately raised their voice as soon as I was called to check in for doing exactly as I was told over the phone (keep in mind this was after I had waited patiently for 18 minutes).
