MRI tests can be stressful and require staff that help with the patient’s experience. From check in, to preparation and Imaging procedures the experience was exceptional. I was chilly before the MRI and was offered a warm blanket by the support technician, making the 30 minute imaging bearable.
It would be beneficial if somewhere it was listed that simple x-ray appointments cut-off is 5:30pm! Receptionist attempted to call the main hospital’s radiology department to ask about walk-ins and was hung up on! Why is this so difficult?
Deserves ZERO stars. The staff does NOT listen when told about patients that have difficult veins. I told them what vein to use and the go and try to use what vein they want when they have you in a head vice. The patient knows their body, why is it SO hard to listen
Best MRI Ive ever had! I've had over 20. It was fast! They were polite and kind! Easy in and out!
Always really nice and understanding when I help my brother check in . He has a few mental issues . They have never treated he any differently then they would any one else even answers any questions he has even if they seem silly…
