The people handling check-in are the rudest incompetent people I’ve ever met. I waited over 40 minutes for a disk for my MRI because she couldn’t handle handing out the discs to three people which would’ve taken our two minutes. Instead, she just kept checking in people one after another cause she was the only one there. After 40 minutes the supervisor comes out, unaware that she was the only person up there. Always fast and friendly. I got x rays a CT Scan and an MRI. I was in and out in just over an hour!
Nice facilities, counter staff as well as the staff beyond the doors are always pleasant and helpful. Unfortunatley I have issues that require MRIs more than the average person. For the past six or so years I've had from two to four scans a year. I've never encounteted a single issue, and the fact that they accomodate later night appointments, I usually schedule a 7p.m. or 8p.m. slot so it doesn't interfer with my daily routine.
This is a lovely facility and I had no trouble checking in at the desk for an ultrasound last year and an MRI this past weekend. Staff has been friendly and efficient. I have not tried the automatic check-in and don't care to. I'd rather speak to a human being.
