Deserves ZERO stars. The staff does NOT listen when told about patients that have difficult veins. I told them what vein to use and the go and try to use what vein they want when they have you in a head vice. The patient knows their body, why is it SO hard to listen

Always really nice and understanding when I help my brother check in . He has a few mental issues . They have never treated he any differently then they would any one else even answers any questions he has even if they seem silly…
The people handling check-in are the rudest incompetent people I’ve ever met. I waited over 40 minutes for a disk for my MRI because she couldn’t handle handing out the discs to three people which would’ve taken our two minutes. Instead, she just kept checking in people one after another cause she was the only one there. After 40 minutes the supervisor comes out, unaware that she was the only person up there.
