All staff are especially kind. Examiners were knowledgeable and encouraged me to ask questions. BICOE certified.
Check-in was easy and fast. Dr. Was so personable that I felt like I had known him before. Picked up even on subtle things like my lack of transportation and offered a telehealth follow-up visit. If there were 6 stars, I would rate them that.
I was sent upstairs for a procedure. Then I'm sent back downstairs to the same lady who sent me upstairs. Find her sleeping at the front desk. I startled her. She tried telling me once again it was upstairs. A lady comes from another desk and says it's at the main entrance today. Go to the main entrance and a lady tried to send me to another place. The rock and roll music piped into the waiting room is anything but soothing. I despise televisions in waiting rooms but this might actually be worse!
I have called the Breast Imaging Center for days and only get a recording. I left my contact information and haven't heard from anyone yet.
