They were the worst during undergrad. Could never help whatsoever, and never seemed like they cared or wanted to make an effort to help me.
Everytime I've interacted with someone in this office they've been really helpful. And I must call at weird times because I've never had a long wait. Tragically, editing to ding a star because last time I called there were 38 callers ahead of me. Lol. So I submitted a ticket on their website... Three weeks ago 💀 I must have jinxed myself.
