I chose them because they have a branch near my home. Ok, just ok experience overall. Rarely visit my local branch as it turned out. Just ok compared with other banks I’ve used. Expect even US bank to bank transfers to take at least 5 business days.
MSU FcU feels like I’m on candid camera with how weird all my experiences have been.
Terrible customer service.. They are way to picky for what they are and what they have to offer. I would go to tba.
I have always had a wonderful experience at MSUFCU. Their customer service is top notch. Today we had an especially good experience with Charlie at the Union Street location, she was so helpful, friendly and willing to answer all of our questions!
