Poor information/fixing problems.
Bad employee's and even worse management.
Signed my 10 and 12 year old up for kids accounts and about 10 months in realized without our knowledge that they were transferred to a different account that was charging them each 5 dollars a month... What a scam. Quite the money lesson for our children you scammers!
