Signed my 10 and 12 year old up for kids accounts and about 10 months in realized without our knowledge that they were transferred to a different account that was charging them each 5 dollars a month... What a scam. Quite the money lesson for our children you scammers!

Very slow very rude
I have always raved about how I love doing business with MSUFCU; however after a recent visit to the Mason branch this past Friday I was shocked at the unfriendly service I received from a specific teller. I deposited a few checks, as well transferred money to pay my summer taxes. No “hello, how are you,” no “have a nice day,” no “thank you”…COLD AS ICE was her demeanor…not to mention “snippy!” After going next door to Independent Bank to drop off my check to pay my property taxes and being greeted with a smile and excellent... read more
