Apparently they are going out of business and closing this location and have locked all our accounts, Apparently they are being taken over by another institution They say won't allow you to access your account because it's a asset in a bankruptcy case,
Anytime you speak to anyone on the phone for customer service they are extremely rude. Will never obtain a loan or lease through them again.
Since 2017, this msu credit union bank by the downtown of grand rapids city was the best of all for me, I did not change it for nothing. nice, very attentive people, polite, till they changed the staff, this new staff are no patient, don't know about the bank issues, they are no helpful, it like they dont want to work, I think I am going to find a new bank. They should find someone who speaks Spanish. They can't exclude one part of the population.
I got there yesterday and I was denied of opening account said my credit score isn’t good to open
