I had such a great experience at MST Optometrist! They have a fantastic selection of eyewear and the team is very knowledgeable and professional. Vivian took the time to thoroughly check my eyes and explain everything clearly, which made me feel really comfortable. They were also very patient in helping me choose the right frames and lenses. The service was friendly, caring, and attentive from start to finish. Highly recommend MST Optometrist to anyone in the Shire who is looking for quality eye care and stylish glasses!
Great service
The team at MST were incredibly professional, helpful and accommodating. As it was my first time getting glasses, I didn’t have any expectations about the eye exam, but the process was straightforward and comfortable, and was completely covered by Medicare. Dr. Kong answered all my queries with patience and expertise. She offered solutions to my concerns about my particular office environment, eye health and ongoing needs as well. Bring right in Westfield is very convenient, and I’ll happily return.
I had an incredible experience when I stepped into the store. I was warmly welcomed by two fabulous individuals, Vivian and Priscilla, who showcased exceptional knowledge in their fields and provided outstanding customer service. I’ll definitely be back for my next pair!
