Henry was very quick to diagnose the issue with my snowblower, found the obscure replacement part from his online supplier, and promptly returned to put everything back together in fine working order, all for a very fair price. prompt, quick, and very good service! we had our snowblower serviced with MSR and they did a wonderful job getting it running again, replacing a spark plug, and guiding me with instruction on how to store/maintain it for the future! will for sure be a repeat customer if i need anything else looked at in the future
He knows his stuff and fixed my snow blower within the hour on the spot.
