The City of Taylor are being called on this property. Rats, rats everywhere. We can’t enjoy outside and there are children there. They bought the house next to mine. I live in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, then they came in. The house is a wreck. Rats in the garage. They don’t do a thing to do repairs. They also don’t vet the people they rent to. This company does NOT properly vet their tenants. They have had tenants living at 12768 Ziegler for over a year now that are destroying the house and constantly cause problems in the neighborhood. Multiple complaints have been filed with the police department and city prosecutor regarding the current tenants.

This company's owner uses multiple business names and family members names to hide ownership,etc. Clearly the State needs to get involved and shut this man down and revoke any and all permits, licenses etc he has for real estate, property rental or otherwise. It is clear by the other reviews EVERYONE is experiencing the same problems! He changes names to family members on documents to stay in business.
