Almost a year since my car was stolen and trashed and in for repairs at MSR Wishart as per YOUI insurance. My leather seats were damaged in the theft and part of the insurance quote was to fix/ replace. To this day they have still not been fixed. Kept getting fobbed off and lied to every time I rang up about when it was getting fixed so gave up. Just had a phone call with an extremely rude receptionist Sue who was absolutely unpleasant and ubrupt!! Go and learn some customer service skills!! The bad reviews here are totally legit. Extremely disappointed to start my day like that! Also, my car was not fixed properly and I have to return it for a day without even being offered a spare car to drive. Horrible experience.
AVOID THIS PLACE! Customer service-there is no such a thing!! really bad experience. I called this place on 7/May to get an update for my car repair as it has been delayed three times and already took three weeks. After talking to Amy who claimed herself in charge of updating repair status and advised me that they are still waiting for a part, I asked her if she could escalate this matter then she transferred me to her manager.
