Michael was very responsive finding a date to inspect and provide a quote. The quote itself was by far the best of the three I sourced. On the job, the technician Matt and his offsider were polite, efficient and very tidy. Overall excellent service and value from start to finish. Highly recommend.

MSR is a fantastic company. Always reliable and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend using them.
I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone for a few good reasons, maybe we were some of the unlucky ones when it comes to this company's service. Our AC was leaking a concerning amount of water the first time the AC tech showed up, we were the last job of the day on a Friday. The guy cleaned our AC and left and it started leaking again not 7 minutes after he left and we couldn't contact the company until the next week.
