Shocking services. Technician damaged bed and left our bathroom in a revolting state. Would highly avoid. Called owner he seemed very genuine and apologetic. He said this is a warning to that technician and would compensate for damages. I reassured him I don’t need a new bed, but even $40 to get a few new parts would’ve been adequate! We have warned our building and requested to not use again. If you use them don’t be at work. After greeting Matt the technician and explaining the problem, Matt diagnosed the problem with some multimeter testing on the air con components. Soon, 3 issues relating to my air con failure had surfaced. Confidently, not hesitating, he replaced the 3 faulty electrical components, also finding and repairing a slightly leaking hose. Matt did a start up test and the air con was running back to normal. All clearly within an hour!! So, who are you going to call? MSR, that’s who.

Michael was very responsive finding a date to inspect and provide a quote. The quote itself was by far the best of the three I sourced. On the job, the technician Matt and his offsider were polite, efficient and very tidy. Overall excellent service and value from start to finish. Highly recommend.
