I paid for a new HVAC system for a townhome that had the heating unit in the attic. Mr. Robinson installed the new unit but did not remove the old unit per the contract. He stated the unit would not fit through the attic opening and refused to dismantle the unit to remove it. He did take the evaporator coil and motor. I am no expert but I am sure those pieces had some salvage value. I had to pay someone to dismantle the old unit and remove it from the attic. He does not follow through and skips anything hard. The guys over at MSR, Inc. are very friendly and well trained professionals. They took care of my Air Conditioning needs when it came to replacing my 15 yr old condenser unit. Now my house is cooler than the artics and it's all thanks to the wonderful service from MSR, Inc.
