Never go over there, the assistants very rude when the patients try to ask something for call or front desk
I just called to make an appointment with Dr. Eric Kramer. Before calling I checked their web page and reviewed all of the Doctors in neurology to make sure that they covered the area that I was interested in - memory problems. His was the only synopsis that included this specialty. Next, I checked my insurance web site and yes he was included and that he was accepting new patients.
