⸻ ⭐☆☆☆☆ Terrible experience. I showed up on time for my appointment only to be told my pre-authorization wasn’t ready after being warned earlier I’d be charged $100 if I canceled. MIND you i had three consecutive phone calls that week about my appointment 25 minute phone call that same day about my benefits pre-authorization and requirements for deductible .
