They are HORRIBLE! I have requested to be removed multiple times via the website and by phone- nothing works!
I keep trying to get them to stop sending junk mail to my address, but they always end up sending more
I have been trying to get removed from the mailing list forever. This time the link took me to a page that said it was down. I have made the request once per month for about five months. I was told it would be stopped. I was then told to contact USPS. I have contacted USPS, and they told me they are unable to do anything and that the sender would have to.
