My appointment with Dan was fantastic. He listened and observed very attentively and had me try lots of different movements and exercises. Following my appointment, I received a detailed routine of stretches and exercises for me to do daily. I'd highly recommend Dan to anyone dealing with an injury.
Kristen is working with my daughter Eva. She explains the process well, and keeps a kid engaged in the process! I appreciate her ability to explain what she is doing, and what is noticing, so I feel connected to the process as the parent.
