Alan Mercer from MSP Exteriors was amazing. He was able to come the same day in between other customers. He was able to get large window trim mostly flush against wall and caulk around top and bottom to stop air transfer into walls to prevent ice dams 1 foot above widow at roof eves. We had an incredibly great experience with Alan and the MSP Exteriors team starting in the Winter when Alan met with us on the scope of our project and offered a multitude of helpful options. We ultimately re-sided our home with James Hardie siding, which included new trim for all windows, gutters and painting. Every crew showed up on time, worked their butts off for 10-11 hours a day and left the job site cleaned up each day. Everyone we encountered was top shelf. With the recent storms in St. Paul- I noticed a bent shingle on my roof. Called MSP exteriors to send someone out and do an inspection incase there was any further damage that I could not see from the ground. Alan called me and asked to send pictures of my roof and when I let him know I would prefer to have someone take a look in person he was very huffy and puffy (clearly annoyed ) on the phone. Chris was great! He inspected our leaking skylight and tightened up the flashing cap. The leak stopped!!!. He gave us a quote for replacement when needed, but didn’t charge us for his time or the maintenance.
