I worked under Neha S. with MSN and was never paid any Super and suprise suprise......no tax was lodged for my role. The ATO has no record of me working there. I knew they were dodgy and heard stories about previous international workers like Raj getting paid 100$ cash a day to work 12 hour shifts and that's not just because they are legally only allowed to work 20 hours per week, it's because they have actually overstayed that visa.
Do not trust this builder. After six month of trying to get them to start building on registered land they hadn’t even submitted plans to council, then decided to charge a price increase of $90000 due to their delays. Fixed price contract is not worth the paper it is written on. Be very careful.
In my opinion they are no trustworthy. Had to go through QBCC and QCAT to get my 5% deposit back after their suggestion of cancelling the contract due to internal issues, so they could not go ahead with the build. Unfortunately there is no negative stars to review.
Never returned my phone calls or replied to my emails or messages!!!
We have recently moved into our new MSN Homes. We highly recommend MSN Homes and all the wonderful people we have dealt with along the way in each process. Special shout out to Shane who made the process smooth, and the level of communication was amazing. We are thrilled with the finished product and really enjoying our lovely new home.
