Reception was great! I got in on time and check out was easy. The nursing staff was caring and really listened. Megan Henderson is the very best! I had an excellent consultation and she made sure I understood the process.
Dr. Brown has helped me for years. I have to have a part of my intestines stretched every so often and he does it every time. It's just hard to get in to see him.
Rescheduled 3 times and now my appointment has been canceled and I have been told to seek an appointment to anyother doctor. All of this and I never saw the doctors one time. The first time, I was called on the morning of my appointment when I was literally walking out the door to go drive to the doctor's office. The second time was my fault due to my husband being in the emergency room that day. The next time I got word by mail prior to the appointment that I was rescheduled and now I am told to find another office to go to... read more
Recommend! Anytime I’ve had a question or have been confused or nervous about anything I’ve been able to call and speak to the nurse who talks to Dr. Hood for me. I have a rare autoimmune liver disease and Dr. Hood is very calm and down to earth and has put my mind at ease when I was freaking out about it. They prescribed me Ursodiol and redid blood work three months later. My metabolic panel levels are back to normal and I can’t complain! I only wish I had been able to start Ursodiol before any of this started but it does t... read more
