I went to her to get my extension placed she went on and on for almost an hr to convince me to do a full sew in at this point I was just like fine, literally less than a week they started unraveling. I txted her multiple times and multiple days I tried calling her because she guaranteed me that it would last 2months. I had an amazing experience with my hairstylist Monique at MSM HAIR LOUNGE She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. The salon itself was very clean and had such a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere. She made both my daughter and me feel completely at ease. We were even offered drinks, which was a nice touch, and I truly enjoyed the massage chair while I waited for my daughter it made the whole visit feel like a self-care moment.
