Big NO from me for haircuts here. After waiting four days to cool down, the result is still so disappointing that it feels important to warn others.I went in asking for a layered haircut and even showed a reference reel, but the cut I received was nothing like what I requested. What a wonderful experience! Mary Kate not only did a perfect, thoughtful job on my blowout, but also was just a delight to talk to.
Mary Kate was extremely friendly, accommodating and attentive . She blew dry my hair beautifully and took her time to make sure it looked perfect! Great experience.
I did not get a service here. But had a disappointing appointment process. I got confirmation messages on my phone, after online booking for a blow dry, that I really needed for an office trip. I took half a day off and dragged my little girls in the nor’easter rain to my appointment to find the place was closed. I waited out in the rain for 15 minutes and left after leaving a message on their answering machine. Gave 2 stars because the salon was clean. I had curls done for an event. Granted it was hot out, but after I mentioned that my hair doesn’t hold a curl very well, I asked for a lot more product in my hair. My curls didn’t last an hour. I was extremely disappointed with how it turned out.
