First visit with Daniel. Very thorough. paid close attention to clients history and daily routines as part of assessment.
Francois has his own unique style that he combines with traditional massage therapy approaches. He truly took the time to understand my lifestyle, job and prior injuries and how they affect my back and shoulder pain. I have seen results in two sessions with him that I have not seen after 10+ sessions with other RMTs. Will definitely be referring Francois to all my friends and family in search of a good RMT!

Jacob has completely changed the game for me when it comes to chronic aura migraines. After years of relying on medication, his treatment has helped me finally find real relief and prevention. I’m beyond grateful for the results. Also shout out to Joel (RMT), had a great first massage focusing on neck pain and an ankle injury, will be back for sure!
I’ve been seeing Jacob for Chiro for a few months now at both the Kits and Downtown location, and I can’t recommend him enough. Whether it was stiffness from sitting at a computer all day or an athletic injury, I always leave impressed!
