I had a car crash a month ago, three times my RMT has been cancelled last minute and the alternate appointment is always a minimum one week later, taking my business elsewhere.
I have been to over 20 RMTs in the city, and Roman at MSK 4th Ave is by far one of the best. Roman is a fantastic RMT if you are looking for someone direct, technical, and very specific in their approach with therapeutic pressure. There was some administrative miscommunication with the management team—specifically around them not following up on communications and lacking clarity when I inquired in person—though this may be a non-issue for most clients. I just started seeing Lucas for physiotherapy to help me regain mobility to my left arm after an accident of falling off a ladder which broke my left shoulder. He is very professional, friendly and helpful. I look forward to working with him. My experience is great.
