Vito is incredible, all around great guy. GOAT.
The reception staff were rude and unhelpful, making each visit feel unwelcoming. The doctor was dismissive and, over multiple appointments, never fully explained my injury or treatment plan. Whenever I asked questions or sought clarification, I was met with a condescending attitude rather than helpful answers. I left feeling uninformed and frustrated with the overall level of care and communication.
