It was a great experience with my daughter that broke her arm. the Dr. was so friendly and the nurse was so helpful and sweet with her. They truly made you feel good during a bad situation.
I broke my left shoulder and was refereed by my family doctor to MSK Waterloo. After my X-Ray I was referred to surgeon Doctor Grosso and the check up was quick and concise. The diagnosis of what I had to do was I had to do 6 weeks of physiotherapy. Fast forward to 10 week mark my shoulder is fully healed and now I just have to get my rotator cuff working again. Overall Doctor Grosso and MSK Waterloo are the best of the best.

They were very friendly and good at their job I really enjoyed meeting them and having them take care if me today 5 out of 5 The cast was clearly put on and didn’t hurt once the last time it did
