Having a passionate physio who is easy to talk to and supportive is a great experience for any patient. It was a pleasure to work with Vito Manchisi and his easy going attitude and charisma really made every appointment a highlight of my day.
Quick moving place. Hard to exit lot though and it would be nice for patients to have a few min after appointment. Got sent to our room. Previous patient was still changing accidentally walked in on them. I reacted to my shot so needed to stay back. And the next patient came to join our adventure too. Everything else was good. They were very helpful and caring when I reacted. But yeah me walking in on a person then me getting walked in on as well tells me they dont allow change over time
A huge, fancy facility where you're charged $95 for them to slap some ice on you and hook you up to a tens machine for 15 minutes. That's the extent of the 'care' I received. Unbelievable.
My concerns regarding the lack of communication following my daughter’s recent foot surgery. After the procedure, we had several important questions about her recovery and care. Unfortunately, the nursing staff were unable to provide answers and advised us to wait to speak with the doctor. We were then informed that the doctor is unavailable due to an upcoming vacation and is too busy to address our concerns.
