Amazing
I could not be happier with my overall experience at the MSK Centre and I would highly recommend this facility for any post operative treatment and subsequent physiotherapy. After breaking my wrist and receiving initial emergency treatment at a local hospital, I subsequently went to the MSK Centre to see an Orthopaedic Surgeon for follow-up treatment and then commenced a series of ongoing physiotherapy sessions. Great environment, friendly staff & clean equipment. Adam was very helpful and got my ankle healed to 100% with time and care.
Really need to work on their customer service. The front desk staff can't even tell you if something is OHIP covered after having to drive all the way down because no one picks up their phone or returns messages. Also when I saw my specialist, after keeping me waiting 45! minutes he rushed me out of there as fast as he could. Nor Recommended!
