Went in as Emergency. My mom fell and dislocated her shoulder. They saw us right away very minimal wait time. Staff was kind efficient and highly knowledgeable. When we saw the doctor he explained everything with clear detail and instructions to follow. Visiting the doctor and making appointments can be very stressful they have made it much easier and less staining than it already is. I’m super grateful for the service will continue to go even if it’s a 2 hour drive. Their care speaks volumes.
Charles Testerman, PA was wonderful! He is very competent and knowledgeable. He listened to me and did a very thorough exam before diagnosing my issue. He took time with me and made sure I understood my treatment plan. He is an asset to your facility. I will highly recommend this Urgent Care. Note: I’m a retired ER nurse and a hard-mark when it comes to physicians and their care.
Made an appointment for urgent care. Quick checkin process and was pulled to be seen immediately after. Quick assessment, to the point. In and out and got a brace to help my Issue.
